Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage Inventory Management System (Key fields) to record inventory – incoming/outgoing goods
- Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments of physical parts against shipping documents and ensure accuracy
- Update daily and timely on all incoming/ outgoing stock accurately Report immediately to TSA Manager
- Timely update to internal departments/customs with order reports.
- Maintain and update the Inventory Management Reports, and generate inventory reports
- Conduct physical cycle count and stock take – monthly/quarterly/yearly
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Meticulous, proactive, independent, and responsible individual.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
*Salary commensurate with experience
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years working experience in Inventory
- Preferably with Construction experiences
- Rail experience with LTA project in Singapore would be an advantage
Personal Attributes:
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadline
